Effective date: May 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services operated by Every Parish (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the public website at everyparish.com and the Parish Platform at app.everyparish.com. By accessing or using either service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to all users of our services. Because our services are used in different ways, your specific rights and responsibilities depend on how you interact with us:

Website Visitors

everyparish.com

Anyone who browses everyparish.com without a platform account. Website visitors may browse the parish directory, view Mass times, read bulletins, and explore events. By visiting the site you accept these Terms. No account is required, but you must not use the site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute its content at scale.

Platform Members

app.everyparish.com — authenticated

Individuals with an account on the Parish Platform. Platform access is by invitation only — accounts are created by a parish administrator. As a member you may use all features made available to you by your parish. Your access is tied to your parish and may be suspended or removed by a parish administrator or by us. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Parish Administrators

app.everyparish.com — admin role

Platform members with an admin role for their parish. Administrators manage membership, communications, sign-ups, and parish data on behalf of their parish. Administrators accept additional responsibilities outlined in Section 5 below, including ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable law and respects the privacy of their parish members.

  • Accuracy of parish information: administrators are responsible for keeping Mass times, event listings, announcements, and other parish data accurate and up to date.
  • Member management: administrators may invite members, assign roles, and revoke access. They must exercise this authority in good faith and in accordance with their parish's own policies.
  • Communications: administrators may send messages, announcements, and notifications to members. All communications must be parish-related, accurate, and compliant with applicable communications law (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA where applicable).
  • Data stewardship: administrators can view member names, emails, and phone numbers. This information may only be used to manage the parish community and must not be shared outside the platform without members' consent.
  • Compliance: administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of platform features complies with applicable law, including any obligations their parish has under state nonprofit or religious organization regulations.
