September-Fest Basket Raffle and Silent Auction donations are now being accepted! Donation ideas include: Gift Cards to anywhere, new games, air fryer, baking dishes/cookie sheets, cake pans, etc., College/Pro Sports (new items), handmade dolls, stuffed animals, etc. You may place your donations in the basket in the Social Hall near the piano. September-Fest Festival Team Leads Urgently Needed. The Septemberfest committee is active and planning hard, but we still have critical Team Leader vacancies. This festival is our church's biggest fundraiser of the year, but we cannot do it alone. Vacant leadership roles include: Gambling & Pull-Tabs, Food Line, Setup & Tear-Down, Festival Janitorial, Vendors & Crafters, Young Adults, and Volunteer Coordinators. Snack Supply list for Vacation Bible School Donations: 3 boxes of Cake Mix – white Big bag m&ms, 4 White icing tubs, 5 gallons juice, 2 bags mini white marshmallows, 3 boxes instant Vanilla pudding, 1 bag of WHITE Chocolate Chips, 2 boxes of muffin mix banana or blueberry, 2 boxes cookie mix, Paper plates, Forks. Small cups clear, 20 poster boards-assorted colors. Place on lost & found table in social hall.
