Pastor's Note

In his Gospel meditation, the administrator reflects on Christ's radical claim on our love, explaining that prioritizing Jesus above all else—even family—is not loss but the path to finding everything and everyone in him. He challenges parishioners to identify one thing or person they place before the Lord and consciously offer it back to him in prayer.

Engaged couples must contact the Parish Office no later than six months prior to their wedding date to allow adequate preparation time per Archdiocesan regulation.

St. Rita's outreach ministries include Keep Indiana Beautiful tree planting, St. Vincent de Paul Society (utility, furniture, and food assistance), and the Changing Lives Forever program (breaking the cycle of poverty; next session TBA). Special collection every 5th Sunday supports these efforts.
